About this door

The Pre-Finished Brushed Black Ely Clear Glazed from Deanta Doors is a new take on one of the most popular styles in the UK and is the perfect fit for almost any setting. Vertical grooves add texture and interest to a classic design with a brushed black finish accentuating the variety and beauty of the grain of natural oak. A clean and stylish single glazing aperture to one size builds on this visual interest and allows light to flood between rooms.

With a solid core for stability, strength and robustness, these attractive and stylish doors are ready to hang with the Crown Cut American White Oak having been pre-painted in a brushed Black finish and being ready to hang.

Also available in a panelled and fire door option, this door continues to stir the senses of discerning customers.

Glazing

This door is supplied pre-glazed with a Clear Tempered Glass.

Supplied pre-finished with a clear satin lacquer, these doors are factory-finished. This requires no further decorating on site and creates a fantastic look which really does show off the quality of the black finish.

The correct storage, fitting and finishing of your new door/s are very important factors in getting the best out of your purchase.

We would always recommend reading our Door Care information which can be viewed by Clicking Here, along with any additional manufacturer's documentation supplied with the door itself.

These doors are manufactured using laminated veneered lumber (LVL). LVL or more commonly known as “engineered timber” is a modern method of construction that is economical with the use of natural timber resources.

The main parts & rails of the door are usually constructed using solid strips/blocks of timber (some internals may contain a laminated board and/or particleboard), which are then glued and then clamped together.

They are then faced with a veneer and edged with a solid timber “lipping”. The benefits of using engineered construction doors over more traditional methods are that it is far more unlikely to twist or split (we do not get problems with panels splitting) and possibly the most important reason is that it is much more eco-friendly!
