About this door

The Internal Oak Hagan Angled FD30 Fire Door is a beautiful paneled oak, cottage-style interior boarded design door with the added benefit of being able to be manufactured to an angle to suit awkward or non-standard openings.

The attractive oak grain fits in perfectly with traditional and contemporary décor creating an aura of elegance.

A very popular design in recent years, the Hagan features deep, square grooves in the face of the door, providing clean and elegant lines that create an attractive aesthetic.

Rated FD30, this means our Internal Oak Hagan Angled FD30 Fire Door is fire resistant for 30 minutes, allowing time to safely escape in the event of a fire. Each fire rating is backed up by comprehensive independent testing and certifications to ensure FD30 doors perform as expected.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst these doors compliment the rest of the Oak Hagan range, the grooves on this bespoke angled version are 7mm wide and 7mm deep, as opposed to 10mm wide and and 8mm deep on the rest of the range.

Also available in a non-fire door, glazed, bi-folding, and door pair options, this range allows you to complete the look throughout your property.

On this product, due to the nature of being an angled door, these doors are made to order.

Once you've placed your order, we will contact you to confirm sizing and will provide a line drawing to double check before manufacture commences.

The maximum dimensions we can offer would be 930mm x 2150mm. Anything outside of these measurements may require an additional charge or in some cases may not be able to be manufactured, please call us on 01142557800 before placing your order.

Lead times for the manufacture of this product is currently approximately four weeks.

Please be aware that during certain times of the year, such as Christmas, festive and religious periods, this lead time may increase.

Supplied unfinished, these doors are able to take a stain or paint finish.

The correct storage, fitting, and finishing of your new doors are very important factors in getting the best out of your purchase.

Please always avoid the use of water-based finishing products as this may cause the door to bow, warp or delaminate. Using these types of products will invalidate your guarantee.

Before finishing your door, we would always recommend reading our Door Care information which can be viewed by clicking here, along with any additional manufacturer's documentation supplied with the door itself.

These doors are manufactured using laminated veneered lumber (LVL). LVL or more commonly known as “engineered timber” is a modern method of construction that is economical with the use of natural timber resources.

The main parts & rails of the door are usually constructed using solid strips/blocks of timber (some internals may contain a laminated board and/or particleboard), which are then glued and then clamped together.

They are then faced with a veneer and edged with a solid timber “lipping”. The benefits of using engineered construction doors over more traditional methods are that it is far more unlikely to twist or split (we do not get problems with panels splitting) and possibly the most important reason is that it is much more eco-friendly!
