About this door

These Pattern 301 Garage doors are made from quality European redwood. The garage doors are rebated. These doors are supplied unglazed. The doors are manufactured in the United Kingdom using a traditional mortice & tenon, wedged and glued construction.

Please Note: Sizes are shown height x width on these doors

These doors are supplied WITHOUT glazing beading.

Handings: These doors are manufactured by default to the handing shown in the image gallery. 
 
If requested, the handings on these pairs can be specified to the customer's preferences - it is very important to specify this at the point of order, otherwise, the doors will be supplied with the above handing.

Glazing

Various glass options are available and these doors will accept a single-glazing unit. 

Custom Sizes

On this product, there is an option to have the door made to a custom size. The maximum dimensions we can offer would be 2286mm (90") x 2286mm (90"). There is an additional charge for this service (see size dropdown box for details).

Things we thought you may need to know!

Please be aware that any glass supplied may be temporarily glazed (loose pinned) into the door or even supplied separately. This is done to make the door easier to decorate (allows you to paint/stain behind rebates) & handle whilst hanging.

These doors may be despatched with extended stiles (horns) to ensure protection during transit & storage. They can easily be removed prior to installation.

This door comes with the optional choice of glazing. We order the glass in especially for you, so it will add a small amount of time to the overall manufacturing lead times.

At present, most glazing options are taking between 3 - 10 working days (approx) to arrive into us.

Where available, specialist glass such as stained, leaded, or encapsulated glass can take up to 6 weeks; however, we think it's worth the wait! 

It's important to factor in these lead times, as once ordered, we are unable to cancel or refund the glazing. 

As these doors are made to order, there is a lead time for manufacture, please select your size above and an estimated lead time will appear. We'll also follow up with an email once you've placed your order. Please be aware that during certain times of the year, such as Christmas, festive and religious periods, this lead time may increase.

Manufactured from specially selected timbers, these doors have a smooth sanded surface ready for finishing. The doors are suitable for either a paint or stain finish.

The correct storage, fitting and finishing of your new door/s are very important factors in getting the best out of your purchase.

Please always avoid the use of water-based finishing products as this may cause the door to bow, warp or delaminate. Using these types of products will invalidate your guarantee.
