About these mortice latches

The Sprung Tubular Mortice Latch is a heavy-duty door latch suitable for both home and commercial applications. Complying with FD30/FD60 fire regulations, these latches can be used on both standard and FD60 fire doors.

The most common size is the 2.5" with the 3" option normally used in conjunction with doorknobs or when using internal fire doors.

This latch features an adjustable strike, a guided latch bolt and complies with British Standard: BS EN 1634-1.

Finish

These latches are available in a range of finishes to match your preference:

  • Polished Brass - A highly polished brass effect
  • Polished Chrome - A highly polished chrome effect
  • Satin Stainless - A satin chrome effect
