About this door
The White Primed 20 Glazed Pairs door pair is a stylish and minimalistic single panelled white primed door pair in a popular contemporary style. These pairs are ideal for apartments and a range of modern home settings, but with a minimalist design also just as easily complement a traditional property..
Featuring a single glazed aperture, this door pair comes in a shaker style, meaning the doors have been built around the glass so it doesn't have to be held in by a beading or traditional timber moulding - leaving clean lines and a non-fussy aesthetic.
With a large glazing panel, these doors allows the maximum light possible to flood between rooms and really gives the impression of open space.
Please note: This door is rebated. The handling diagram can be seen in the image gallery.
Glazing
This internal door pair is supplied pre-glazed with a clear safety glass.

Decoration and Finishing - Internal Primed Doors
This door is supplied pre-primed, meaning that it has been factory treated with a base coat.
This door will require further topcoats of a paint product in order to finish the door, it's recommended that decoration is performed straight away.
Please always avoid the use of water-based finishing products as this may cause the door to bow, warp or delaminate. Using these types of products will invalidate your guarantee.
Before finishing your door, we would always recommend reading our Door Care information which can be viewed by clicking here, along with any additional manufacturer's documentation supplied with the door itself.

What is Engineered Timber?
These doors are manufactured using laminated veneered lumber (LVL). LVL or more commonly known as “engineered timber” is a modern method of construction that is economical with the use of natural timber resources.
The main parts & rails of the door are usually constructed using solid strips/blocks of timber (some internals may contain a laminated board and/or particleboard), which are then glued and then clamped together.
They are then faced with a veneer and edged with a solid timber “lipping”. The benefits of using engineered construction doors over more traditional methods are that it is far more unlikely to twist or split (we do not get problems with panels splitting) and possibly the most important reason is that it is much more eco-friendly!
