Pocket System

The Italian-designed ECLISSE Classic system is supplied with a specially designed jamb and architrave kit made from a high-density, slow burning hardwood, and intumescent seals for onsite installation.

These single pocket fire door systems are made to suit your selected doors for a perfect fit. They come complete with an easy assembly click frame system, specially designed for strength and a professional finish.

Specification  

• Each kit is made to measure for one door size so no trimming required.
• Top hung from the track for uninterrupted flooring.
• Metal door plates are supplied to anchor the bottom of doors in onsite finishing.
• Accessible track which can be fully extracted without ever having to break into the wall if required.
• Smooth and quiet runners with chrome steel ball bearings in an enclosed track so they cannot derail.
• Quick click frame design offering full assembly of the frame itself in around 15 minutes.
• Optional accessories including handles and self opening and closing technology.
• Fire tested with each of the offered doors to achieve BS476: Part 22 1987.
• Independently tested runners to European standard UNI EN 1527.
• FSC certified primed timber jamb lining kit.

Sizing Options:

The frame is 75mm and requires one layer of 12.5mm Type F plasterboard (not included) either side to give a finished wall thickness of 100mm.

PLEASE NOTE INBUILT TOLERANCE - If setting out your studwork before delivery of your frame (we'd always recommend having the items on site first!) - please note there is approximately an 8mm tolerance built into the height of these pocket door systems which you will need to take into account. Packers may be required to accommodate for this gap if you are unable to adjust the studwork above the system. Note: Frame should be installed at finished floor level.
